History of the Swan and Dolphin

The Swan opened on January 13, 1990 and the Dolphin opened shortly after that on June 1, 1990.
The main structure of the Swan is 12-story rectangular structure with an arching top and two 7-story wings with two 47-foot Swan statues on top.
The Dolphin is a 247 foot triangle structure with 12 stories in the main structure and four 9-story wings with two 56-foot Dolphins statues on top.
